Our Return & Exchange Commitment

We want you to feel completely confident in every FREYA purchase. If you’re not entirely satisfied with your items, you may return or exchange them within 15 days of receiving your order.

Important Note: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on the following intimate items:
  • Knickers
  • Chemise & Camisole (if the hygiene seal has been removed)
  • Nightwear (if the hygiene seal has been removed)
All returned items must be in their original condition with tags attached and hygiene seals intact where applicable.

Simple Returns Process

Step 1: Submit Your Return Request

Within 15 days of receiving your order, please contact our customer service team with your return request using the template below.

Step 2: Receive Return Authorization

Once approved, we’ll provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and shipping instructions.

Step 3: Package and Ship Your Return

Please include the original packing slip and ensure items are in their original packaging. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

Step 4: Processing Your Return

Once we receive your return, we’ll process it within 3-5 business days and notify you via email.

Refund Information

Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect your returned items. Please note:

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable
  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility
  • Refunds will be issued via your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)

Exchange Information

Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the item you wish to exchange for is out of stock, we will process a refund instead. For exchanges:

  • We’ll ship your new item once we receive your return
  • Standard shipping charges apply for the new item
  • Price differences will be charged or refunded as applicable

International Returns

As we serve customers worldwide (excluding some Asian and remote areas), international customers are responsible for any customs duties or taxes associated with returns. We recommend declaring the returned goods as “Returned Merchandise” to avoid additional charges.
