Returns & Exchanges

Our Return Policy
You may return or exchange items within 15 days of receiving your order. All returned items must be:
- In original condition with tags attached
- With hygiene seals intact where applicable
- In original packaging with the packing slip included
Important Hygiene Notice
For intimate hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on the following items:
- Knickers
- Chemise & Camisole (if hygiene seal has been removed)
- Nightwear (if hygiene seal has been removed)
Simple Returns Process

Once approved, we’ll provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and shipping instructions.
Step 3: Package and Ship Your Return
Include the original packing slip and ensure items are in original packaging. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
Step 4: Processing Your Return
Once received, we’ll process your return within 3-5 business days and notify you via email.

Refund Information
Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect your returned items.
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility

Exchange Information
Exchanges are subject to product availability. If your desired item is out of stock, we will process a refund instead.

International Returns
