5. Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds

Your satisfaction is our priority. You may return or exchange items within 15 days of receipt, provided they are in original condition with tags attached and hygiene seals intact (where applicable). Note that for hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on knickers, chemise & camisole, or nightwear if seals are removed.
